What project evidence can buyers review?

This page separates named historical delivery heritage from current Scan to BIM Studios contracts. It states what is documented, what remains confidential, and which sample artifacts a buyer can request before award.

Historical heritage · tunnel

Swat Motorway twin tunnels

Historical tunnel BIM coordination heritage attributed to HMX-Global Engineering. The published claim covers multidisciplinary geometry and interface coordination; it does not claim that the 2026 New York corporation held the original contract.

Scan-to-BIM pilot and QA pack

New clients may request a representative pilot using their authorized dataset. Acceptance can cover element scope, authoring method, cloud overlay, tolerance priorities, and issue reporting.

How do we attribute project heritage?

A project is not automatically a client of Scan to BIM Studios because a current team member or related historical business contributed to it. Historical references name the earlier delivery context. Current case studies will identify the contracting entity, scope, date, and evidence rights when publication is permitted.

What evidence can you request before appointment?

ArtifactWhat it testsAvailability
LOD/LOI matrixWhether element scope is explicitPublic reference template
Pilot modelModel conventions, fit, family strategy, and responsivenessProject-dependent; buyer data and written criteria
Cloud-overlay viewGeometric alignment and exception handlingSample or buyer pilot, subject to data rights
Issue-register excerptOwnership, status, priority, and closure evidenceAnonymized format available on request
Model-health summaryWarnings, links, naming, file organization, and deliverabilityDefined in the project QA plan

What is not yet public?

Client logos, signed testimonials, original project photography, quantified schedule or cost outcomes, individual engineer biographies, and third-party certifications are not displayed until authorization and verification exist. Their absence is a current trust gap; substituting stock imagery or invented claims would make that gap worse.

Evaluate us on your own data

A controlled pilot is the most useful proof for a new Scan-to-BIM relationship because it tests your point cloud, standards, coordination needs, and reviewers.
